The guarantee starts when your complete document pack and/or passport is collected from you. It does not begin at payment. That distinction matters: it means the clock is tied to something you control, and you always know exactly where you stand.
Best-endeavours services are not covered by the refund guarantee. We will tell you honestly at the outset whether your travel date is realistic.

Because you are not buying a form-filling service. You are buying access to a managed, UK-side passport process that you cannot practically run yourself from overseas, plus a guaranteed turnaround backed by a refund.

Are these prices really all-inclusive?
Yes. The ASAP service fee, HM Passport Office fees, DHL Express collection, secure air freight and return delivery are all covered. The only additional costs arise where official evidence has to be obtained for you, such as a replacement birth certificate, and we always quote before spending anything.
Do I pay HM Passport Office separately?
No. HM Passport Office fees are included in the price you pay us.
When does the guarantee clock start?
When your complete document pack and/or passport is collected from you, not when you pay online. If documents have not yet been provided, the clock has not started.
What happens if you miss the turnaround?
On an eligible guaranteed service, you receive a full refund. Best-endeavours services are not covered by the guarantee: first adult, first child, and very old or unclear histories. We say so upfront rather than in the small print.
Why are first applications more expensive than renewals?
Because they are substantially more work. A renewal leans on your existing passport record. A first application has to establish citizenship from source documents. Certificates, descent evidence, name matching across decades. It carries a real chance of HM Passport Office requesting more.
What is the £399 option?
A standard, non-urgent renewal on the standard HM Passport Office timeline. It has no guarantee and no express handling. It exists for people with no travel plans, and it is not what most overseas applicants need.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected?
Our guarantee covers turnaround rather than approval. We only submit applications that meet HM Passport Office requirements and we catch problems before submission rather than after, but we cannot guarantee approval and no agent honestly can.
